Relish reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

Relish structured social evenings are designed around an equal ratio of attendees. While we do our best to accommodate schedule changes, we ask that you notify us with as much advance notice as possible so we can manage attendance fairly for all guests.

Attendance is voluntary. Participation does not guarantee any specific outcome including matches, relationships, or romantic connections. Event age ranges are guidelines only and may vary. Venue locations, schedules, formats, and event details may change from time to time.

From time to time, events may be rescheduled, postponed, relocated, or cancelled due to weather, venue issues, attendance considerations, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an event is rescheduled, participants may attend the new date, transfer to another available event, or request a refund. If a participant's plans change, tickets remain valid and may be used toward a future event. Tickets do not expire.

Participants in Relish Introduction packages are welcome and encouraged to attend Relish structured social evenings at no additional cost. Attendance is a valuable part of the process and helps our team understand your preferences and connections naturally.

Introductions are based on mutual interest and compatibility. While Relish makes good-faith efforts to create thoughtful introductions, mutual attraction, chemistry, relationships, or romantic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Purchases reflect the time, effort, planning, and introduction services provided — not any particular result.

Every Relish evening is supported by our proprietary Relish Select — a private digital selection tool that allows guests to indicate who they'd like to see again after an event. Selections are private and revealed only in the case of a mutual match.

Interest signals gathered through the Relish Select may be used to inform future event programming, introduction opportunities, and compatibility matching across the Relish ecosystem. No personal data is shared with third parties.

Relish events attract driven, respectful professionals. We take the standard of our room seriously — and we expect every guest to contribute to it.

All participants are expected to treat fellow guests, dates, hosts, venue staff, and Relish personnel with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.

This zero tolerance policy applies at events, during introductions, and through all communications — including email, text, telephone, social media, and any other channel relating to Relish services.

The safety of our hosts, staff, venue partners, and participants is paramount. Relish reserves the right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban any participant whose conduct causes another person to feel unsafe, threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable — regardless of where or how that conduct occurs.

Any participant whose conduct causes a host, staff member, or venue partner to decline future involvement with that participant may be permanently removed from all Relish services.

Relish may take any action it deems appropriate, including warnings, event removal, cancellation of introductions, suspension, package termination, permanent bans, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Relish reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a violation has occurred. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued to participants removed due to conduct violations.

Relish Dating is committed to protecting your privacy. Only the personal information you have agreed to share will be disclosed — and only to a confirmed mutual match. At no time will your personal information be shared with any third party or unmatched attendee.

You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that may occur during any meeting, communication, or date arranged through or following a Relish event.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Before initiating legal proceedings, participants agree to first contact Relish Dating and attempt informal resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

Relish Dating reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. Our zero tolerance policy for rudeness or inappropriate behaviour applies at all events and across all platforms. Those who do not meet our standard are removed from the programme without refund or compensation.
