Every Relish venue is chosen for atmosphere, not convenience. Good lighting. Easy conversation. The kind of place you'd go on a first date anyway. We don't book function rooms or community halls. We choose spaces that feel like a great night out — because that's exactly what the evening should be.
Every person in the room is a registered attendee who has booked through Eventbrite. The crowd at a Relish evening tends to be driven, accomplished, and genuinely interesting — entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who value their time and know what they want. We are defined in part by our venues, and our crowd reflects that.
A Relish host is not a timekeeper with a bell. They are there to ensure the evening feels effortless — settling guests in before things begin, managing the flow of the evening with a light touch, and making sure every person in the room feels comfortable and looked after. If something doesn't feel right, they are there to address it immediately.
The evening is structured so you meet every person in the room — one genuine conversation at a time. But the structure is a means to an end, not the point of the evening. By the time things get going, most guests have forgotten it's organised at all. That's exactly how it should feel.
Your Relish Select selections are entirely private. Nobody knows who you've chosen until a mutual match is confirmed. There are no public reveals, no awkward moments, no paper scorecards passed around. Just a discreet digital tool that protects your privacy and lets you express genuine interest without any of the usual risk.
The quality of the evening depends on everyone in the room meeting the standard we set. We take conduct seriously — at events, during introductions, and through all subsequent communications. Anyone who does not meet our standard is removed. No exceptions, no second chances for serious violations.
Your ticket never expires. If an event is rescheduled, you can request a full refund. If your plans change — whether you give us five days' notice or five minutes — we take care of it. One email to info@dorelish.com. No runaround, no back and forth. We handle everything directly.
